ADF Workforce Solutions, LLC is committed to making adf-ws.com and our worker and referrer portal usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. We are continually improving the experience for all users and applying relevant accessibility standards.
1. Conformance goal
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people who are blind or have low vision, are deaf or hard of hearing, or have mobility, cognitive or other disabilities.
2. Measures we take
- Pages work on phones, tablets and computers and can be used with a keyboard alone.
- Headings, form labels, button names and image descriptions are provided for screen readers.
- Text and background colors are chosen for readable contrast, and a high-contrast dark theme appears automatically when your device is set to dark mode.
- The website and portal are available in English, Korean and Spanish.
- Applications and staff requests can also be made by phone.
- Accessibility is considered when we add or change content.
3. Compatibility and technology
The website relies on HTML, CSS and JavaScript and is designed to work with current versions of major browsers and assistive technologies, including screen readers and screen magnifiers. It may not work fully with older browsers.
4. Known limitations
- Some downloadable PDF documents may not be fully accessible to screen readers.
- Third-party content we do not control may not meet the same standards.
On request, we will provide any document or information in another format, such as plain text, large print or a verbal explanation by phone.
5. Feedback and assistance
If you have difficulty using any part of the website or portal, or need information in another format or language, contact us:
- Phone: (470) 883-2546
- Email: adf.angieyou@adf-ws.com
Please tell us the page and the problem you encountered. We aim to respond within five business days and to provide the information you need while we work on a fix.
6. Reasonable accommodation in employment
Applicants and employees who need a reasonable accommodation in the application process or at work may contact us at the same phone number or email. Requests are handled confidentially.
